About Our Team
Jason B. Kho
CEO & President
Known in the industry with both clients and competitors as the Professional who delivers on time each time.
He has over 30 years of liquor license brokering and consulting experience and is well acquainted with the licensing laws in every state. In addition, he has acted on behalf of clients as an expert in bankruptcy sales, legal proceedings, and pricing matters.
His clients ranged from the very large “Chain Grocers and Restaurants” to small “Mom & Pop” operations; and he has successfully closed thousands of alcoholic beverage license applications across a wide spectrum of jurisdictions and Counties.
An alumnus of Chapman University, he played Lacrosse and started as a goalie for his alma mater and coached at Palisades high school. As a coach, Jason wanted to give back to the game that gave him the opportunity to succeed in life. He is also a 2 time All American Lacrosse player. On his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his Son, along with surfing, golfing, tennis, cooking and hanging out with his dogs (Sasha, Kobe, & Chloe).
Peter S. Kho
CFO
He has over 25 years of entrepreneurial business experience ranging from retail to wholesale and import/export.
As a licensed Business Opportunity Intermediary (Lic# 01890532) consulting with Business Opportunity Brokerage, Peter has participated/closed business transactions in such industries as Food Services, Logistics, Recycling, Retail, Chocolate production and Commercial Realty.
Language skills include English, Chinese (Cantonese, Shanghainese & Putonghua/Mandarin), Korean and French.
Bonnie B. Kho
Manager
She is a licensed Realtor (Lic# 01886679) and associated with American Realty specializing in residential properties. Ancillary services in rentals and leasing of properties were part of her background for many years.
Prior to her experience in the realty industry, she was the owner/operator of several retail businesses for over 16 years.
Bonnie is fluent in both Korean and English.
Bonnie was the past president of the Rancho Park Women’s Golf Club and the Ex-Chair of the Los Angeles County Women’s Golf Association. She has participated in many community related activities in Malibu and West Los Angeles.
